Marie-Pierre was born in the South of France and immigrated to the United States in 1986.  Her life long quest for health and fitness began at an early age and as an athlete was two time French National Champion in the sport of swimming.  She continued her pursuit of health and fitness by completing degrees and certification in coaching and personal training in both France and the United States.
Marie-Pierre has trained with the Upledger Institute for Cranial Sacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage.  She is a graduate of Texas Healing Arts Institute and holds a degree in Massage Therapy.  She is a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Life Coach.  Marie-Pierre integrates the experience of this life long quest for health and fitness into each of her sessions and encourages clients to take an active spiritual and physical role in their own health.
